Website Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled Website Support Technician with experience in modern CMS based Websites. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is passionate about working in the world of maintaining trend-setting, cutting-edge websites. Experience in Drupal, Wordpress, or DotNetNuke are considered a plus, however you must have a strong background in standard Content Management Systems. 

As a Website Support Technician, you will work closely with our Front-End & Back-End Developers, are well as with Brand/Web Designers implementing themes in the support of our highly complex websites. You will be responsible for supporting our Client's web systems, and must be able to exist in constantly changing environments. Additionally, you may be expected to build out content of a website within the theme of the exiting site.

  • Respond to client requests via our ZenDesk client support system
  • Troubleshoot and fix non-development website issues reported by client
  • Work with development team to resolve 2nd level problems, to include recreation of client issue.

  • Ensure client requests are responded to and resolved timely, to include follow-up with development team

  • Perform client training as needed for administrative, e-commerce, content management and other common site tasks

  • Assist GSATi marketing team as needed through updating website content
  • Distribute development release updates and communications as needed
  • Assist with website testing as needed to identify problems early on in software development lifecycle


  • Proven experience in website support, webmaster, or building websites on CMS systems

  • Experience maintaining Drupal CMS

  • Experience with Wordpress, DNN, Magento, ZenDesk, and Jira are preferred

  • Working knowledge of website management tools

  • Proficient in HTML/CSS

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities

  • Excellent verbal & written communication as well as teamwork skills

  • Ability to generate creative ideas

  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
