For years we’ve enjoyed spending time with friends, family, and GSATi Family members as foodies at local eateries, music enthusiasts at Twilight Tunes, and community engagers as supporters of nonprofit organizations that seek to preserve and maintain the culture and vibrant history that makes up Denton. We’re also proud to have worked with several businesses within this burgeoning city, creating opportunities for our local economy to grow and thrive. It’s our pride and our pleasure to live, work and play in Downtown Denton.

Our offices are located in the historic Texas Building, located directly on the Downtown Denton square. We love the richness of Denton’s history that can be found in each building on the square, as well as surrounding businesses. The love, passion, and care for growing in this city still reverberates from the infrastructure’s core.

Perhaps our most favorite aspect of being part of the Downtown Denton community is that no two corners are the same.
