eCommerce Platforms
Satisfied Clients
The Chestnut Tree
The Chestnut Tree has operated as a tea room, bistro, event space, and many other served purposes for several years, while always providing quality service and goods. In an effort to expand their services in response to COVID-19, The Chestnut team decided to add a local marketplace, which would offer groceries and pre-made meals available for curbside pickup or delivery service. Thankfully, we were able to add this new service to their existing site in a seamless way, providing a quick and easy process for customers to order goods quickly and easily.
JT Clothiers
J.T. Clothiers is a Denton retail staple, providing quality clothing and accessories to the community since 1970. We had the opportunity to connect with the Clothiers team in early 2020 and start the journey to bringing their vast selection online, while also improving upon existing online features like social media management and recurring newsletters. Since launching their new website, J.T. Clothiers has experienced an influx in overall sales and online relevance within the community.
Verus Property Advisors
VERUS Real Estate Advisors is a full-service Commercial Real Estate Company dedicated to delivering outstanding brokerage, asset management, property management, and development services, and our goal is to maximize the performance of our client’s real estate assets through prudent strategic planning and execution.
Our eCommerce sites include…
Inventory Management.
Inventory of products and services can be easily managed using the built-in managers on each platform. Each integrates with their own payment processor, but only a few offer their own POS equipment for in-person sales, so choose carefully.
Shipping Management.
Shipping can be calculated based on a seller’s desired choice of handler, i.e. UPS vs. or with FedEx, as well as your provided inventory. What matters most is the platform, or where you plan to manage it. Make sure to choose a platform that works best with you and your brand’s needs, like proximity and ease of fulfillment.
Customer Management.
Customer management supports marketing and sales efforts by providing unique information like anniversaries, first purchase, and most recent purchase dates. Use your eCommerce platform to manage how you engage with your customers so they stay loyal to your brand.
User-Friendliness.
Much like brochure sites, eCommerce sites are meant to be user-friendly, for both the shopper and the seller. Each platform offers their own version of user-friendly, though we personally believe Squarspace to be the most user-friendly for individuals with minimal technology experience.
Rewards & Loyalty Programs.
Platforms like Shopify offer a point-based system where users can earn points based on actions like purchases and leaving reviews or offering referrals. Others offer member discounts, seller discounts, and related rewards for choosing their platform.
Customer Support.
Keep your concerned or curious customers informed and well-supported using easy-to-integrate third-party apps on platforms like WordPress or Shopify. For sellers, Squarespace offers 24/7/365 customer service to help manage your site or solve a problem. No matter the platform, there are built-in ways to keep your customers informed and their concerns at bay.
