DL: Name and position with GSATi?

DC: Deepthi Charmanthi, Senior .Net Developer.

DL:And how long have you worked with GSATi?

DC: I was hired on back in June of 2016, so roughly eight months now.

DL: Just a month after me! I remember when you got hired :) Where did you receive your education and/or experience in our field?

DC: I received my BA and Master's in Computer Science from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. I am all Computer Science all the way.

DL: Sounds like it! What would you consider your greatest accomplishment during your time as a member of the GSATi Family?

DC: That would be our efforts to improve and innovate the Client Report Generation System. Meaning, we designed a reporting system that provides Ambassadors or other client employees under those lines the opportunity to fully customize their quarterly, monthly and weekly reports. It was a long process and I'm proud of the work that myself and the team has accomplished.

DL: Uh, YEAH! That's crazy! I am constantly amazed by what our developers can do. So, what’s the most fun thing you have done at or with GSATi?

DC: Definitely the Office Dares. It was a super fun time the entire day. I had a great time getting to know and bonding with fellow team members.

DL: I’d have to agree with you on that. What about your at-home family? Any pets or kids?

DC:My husband and I just bought a home in the Lewisville area so we aren't terribly close, but also not very far away. We love it! No kids, plans for pets soon though!

DL: Pets are always great! What about your favorite local restaurant or business on the square that you like to visit when you’re here in town?

DC: I love Thai Square for the food and Serendipity on the Square for their shopping opportunities. They each have their own special quality that I love very much.

DL: Oh yeah; I love me a good trip to Thai Square with the office! Alright, so this question seems a little redundant, but I have to ask everyone: PHP or .NET and why?

DC: Being that I am a Senior .Net Developer, I will have to say .Net. It's more user friendly, and I think it provides a bit more comfort in use than PHP.

DL: I could understand that!  Okay, two more questions.  First of last, what's your fondest office memory since you've been here?

DC:  I'd have to say just the array of conversations we've had as a team on a typical day at the office. They're always entertaining and engaging. It was one of the first qualities I noticed about working here.

DL: That's so true! I hear y'all gabbing all the time; it's pretty entertaining. Alright, last question: Why choose GSATi?

DC: Well, I actually just happened upon applying for GSATi, and I'm glad I did. After coming in for my second interview, I was immediately taken by the people here. They were comfortable, personable and very welcoming. Everyone seemed to be warm with each other as well, which is a rarity in more corporate settings. I felt like home from the moment I walked in, and that's why I chose to stay.

DL: I love that. I couldn't agree more!

We are so delighted and proud to call Deepthi a member of the #GSATiFamily. For staff profiles and more of what we offer here at GSATi, visit us and become a member of the #GSATiFamily today. Friends and clients welcome.
